摘要
当前,民办高校思想政治理论课的教学一定程度上存在着课程定位不高,师资队伍建设滞后,教学针对性不强,实践教学欠缺等问题。如何加强和改进民办高校思想政治理论课育人功能的有效性和针对性?学术界对此研究尚处于初级阶段。加强民办高校思想政治理论课育人功能必须从提高课程定位、建设师资队伍、改进课堂教学、注重社会实践等方面入手,才能取得良好的效果。
At present,in the teaching of ideological and political theory course of private universities,to a certain extent,there exist some problems such as low-leveled course orientation,the lagging of teaching staff construction,inadequate teaching pertinence and insufficiency in practical teaching.How shall we strengthen and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the personnel-cultivating function in private universities? The academic circles are still in the primary stage of studying it.Only through enhancing the course orientation,constructing the teaching staff,upgrading the classroom teaching and attaching due importance to social practice,can we achieve good results in strengthening the personnel-cultivating function in private universities’ ideological and political theory course.
