摘要
目的:探讨促胃液素、胃动素及生长抑素在支气管哮喘发生、发展的病理生理变化及意义。方法:采用放射免疫法对血中促胃液素、胃动素及生长抑素水平在儿童哮喘急性发作期、缓解期的变化进行研究。结果:(1)哮喘急性发作组GAS、MTL较对照组明显降低,SS明显增高;哮喘急性发作组GAS、MTL、SS较缓解期组降低,SS明显增高;(2)哮喘急性发作组GAS、MTL的水平与血氧分压呈直线正相关;SS与血氧分压呈直线负相关;缓解期组MTL与最大呼气流速呈正相关,GAS、SS与最大呼气流速相关性无统计学意义。结论:本研究提示促胃液素、胃动素、生长抑素可能参与支气管哮喘的发生、发展的病理生理过程;促胃液素、胃动素含量的降低与哮喘急性发作有关,亦可能是支气管哮喘患者气道阻力增高的原因之一。维持血中胃肠激素正常水平,可能是防治哮喘的一个重要环节。
[Objective] To explore the levels of GAS,MTL and SS in the children with bronchial asthma.To discuss the significance of the occurrence and development in the pathophysiological change process.[Method] The changes of GAS,MTL and SS levels in patients' blood were detected by radioimmunoassay during acute episode and remission period.[Result](1) Patients with acute exacerbation had lower level of GAS and MTL and higher level of SS compared with control group.Compared with remission group,patients with acute exacerbation had lower GAS,MTL and SS and there was significantly high level of SS in the latter.(2) The levels of GAS and MTL in acute exacerbation group had a Linear correlation with blood oxygen partial pressure..On the contrary,the level of SS had a negatively correlated with oxygen partial pressure.MTL in remission group positively correlated with maximum expiratory flow.There was no statistically significance between GAS,SS and maximum expiratory flow.[Conclusion] This study indicates the GAS,MTLand SS may participate in the occurrence and development of bronchial asthma pathological physiology process.The decline of GAS and MTL levels is related to suffering of acute Asthma.It may increase airway resistance in the bronchus asthma patients.Maintain normal gastrointestinal hormones in blood levels may be an important part of preventing and controlling asthma.
