摘要
目的:比较挪威NycoCard ReaderⅡ金标检测仪和国赛特定蛋白分析仪2种仪器检测全血C反应蛋白(CRP)的性能及相关性。方法:对2种仪器测定全血CRP的性能进行回归相关性分析。结果:高、中、低3个标本的均值和变异系数,挪威NycoCard ReaderⅡ金标检测仪分别为142.2mg/L CV%=3.89;28.5 mg/L CV%=1.5;12.3mg/LCV%=1.63。而国赛特定蛋白分析分别为106.94 mg/L CV%=6.14;69.32mg/L CV%=4.82;13.6 mg/L CV%=4.49。2种仪器相关实验回归方程为:Y(国)=0.591X(Ny)+26.32;r=0.974。结论:2种仪器测定的线性范围有较大差别,但是还存在一定相关性。挪威NycoCard ReaderⅡ金标检测仪比国赛特定蛋白分析仪在精密度和线性方面更好。
[Objective] To compare the two equipments' performance and relevance of Norwegian NycoCard Reader Ⅱ gold detector and Guo-Sai specific protein analyzer in testing C-reactive protein(CRP).[Method] CRP concentration in whole blood was detected by these two equipments.Regression correlation analysis was carried out to compare the results.[Result] The mean and coefficient of variation of high,medium and low concentration of CRP detected by Norway NycoCard Reader Ⅱ gold detectors were 142.2mg / L CV% = 3.89,28.5 mg / L CV% = 1.5 and 12.3 mg / L CV% = 1.63,respectively.The mean and coefficient of variation of high,medium and low concentration of CRP detected by the Guo-Sai analysis of race-specific proteins were 106.94 mg / L CV% = 6.14,69.32 mg / L CV% = 4.82 and 13.6 mg / L CV% = 4.49,respectively.Related experimental regression equation was Y(Guo) = 0.591X(Ny) +26.32 r = 0.674.[Conclusion] The linear range of the two devices is quite different,but there is still some relevance.Norway NycoCard Reader Ⅱ gold detector has better precision and linearity than the Guo-Sai specific protein analyzer.
