摘要
本文利用柯布——道格拉斯生产函数的一般形式，根据中国各省、市、自治区横截面及时间序列统计数据，对乡村两级企业的增长进行了回归分析。在投入产出指标的选择上，除了资金、劳动力两要素外，增加了中间投入指标。在此基础上，对中国乡村的增长过程作了分段考察，认为推动和制约乡镇企业发展的主要因素不是劳动力的供给，而是资金和技术。尤其是将来，技术和效率的作用更为突出。
Abstract This paper uses the general form of Cobb-Douglas function and transverse and time series data of China′s each province and autonomous region to do a regression analysis on the development of township enterprises. In the election of input-output forms, this paper adds a medium -input form in addition to capital and labor factors. Based above, this paper observes the development process of township enterprises by stages, and finds that the main elements to promote or restrain the development of township enterprises are capital and techniques rather than labors. In the future, the role of techniques and capital will be more important than before.
