不同负荷规律运动对老年大鼠空间学习记忆能力的影响及其机制 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察比较不同负荷运动对老年大鼠空间学习记忆能力的影响及其机制。方法将50只SD雄性大鼠分组为:青年对照组(3月龄)、老年对照组(16月龄)、15 min/d游泳组、30 min/d游泳组、力竭游泳组(16月龄,每周5 d,12 w),每组10只。以Morris水迷宫实验、旷场实验结果和乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性为指标观察运动对老年大鼠空间学习记忆能力的作用。结果老年对照组大鼠空间学习记忆能力较青年对照组显著下降(P<0.01);和老年对照组相比,15 min/d、30 min/d游泳组大鼠空间学习记忆能力均有增强(P<0.01或P<0.05),而力竭游泳组大鼠空间学习记忆能力有所降低(P>0.05)。老年对照组大鼠大脑皮层和海马AchE活性均高于青年对照组(P<0.01);与老年对照组比较,老年运动各组大鼠AchE活性均降低,尤以30 min/d游泳的作用效果明显(P<0.01)。结论适当规律运动对老年大鼠空间学习记忆能力下降有预防作用,其机制之一是基于对胆碱能系统的影响。
