体外反搏对清除运动后体内自由基作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 15名运动员随机分成反搏组和不反搏组,在功率自行车上进行逐级递增极限负荷运动后,反搏组进行50分钟的体外反搏,不反搏组自然休息,于运动前后不同时刻测定血浆过氧化脂质(LPO)、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)、维生素E(VitE)和血乳酸(BLA)。结果提示:运动后进行体外反搏能加速除体内自由基及血乳酸、增强机体抗氧化防御功能。建议体外反搏作为运动后消除疲劳的一种手段。 To observe the effect of external counter pulsation (CP) on free radical elimination after intensive exercise,15 athletes were randomly divided into two groups (CP group and non—CP group).All the ath letes performed graded maximal exercise on the Monark bicycle ergometer.After the exercise,the athletes in the CP group were given external counter pulsation for 50 minutes,while the athletes in the non—CP group just had a rest.The blood samples were taken at different time before and after exercise for the measurement of plasma lipid peroxide (LPO),RBC superoxide dismutase (SOD),glutathione peroxidase (GSH—PX),Vit E and blood lactate.The results suggest that the process of free radical and lactate elimination can be quickened and the system of antioxidization can be strengthened by giving external counter pulsation after exercise.
