摘要
团体内聚力不仅是一个十分重要的理论课题,而且是一个正受关注的社会现实问题。团体内聚力直接影响着团体成员的士气,影响着团体的生产力和工作效率,影响着团体生活的质量,影响着团体本身的存在与发展。本文分“团体内聚力的研究与理论”、“团体内聚力的理论与现实”、“团体内聚力的现实与研究”三个方面讨论了团体内聚力研究的意义与价值。
Group cohesiveness is a most important issue not only in theory but also in social practice. It directly affects the morale, performance and efficiency of the group, and the group quality of life as well. It also concerns the existence and development of the group itself. This paper is framed in three parts: (1) The relation between the research and this theory; (2)The relation between this theory and reality; (3)The relation between reality and this research. Special emphasis is placed upon an exploration of the worth and relevance of researches on group cohesiveness.
