本文界定了中国石化法律管理人员的范围,分析了中国石化法律管理人员岗位素质能力,阐述了构建中国石化法律管理人员课程体系的指导思想、基本原则,最后搭建了法律人员课程体系。
The paper defines the scope of SINOPEC's legal management personnel, examines the qualities and abilities that should be found in such employees, describes the guidelines and fundamental principles for the development of a curriculum system for these people, and finally constructs the training curriculum system.
