摘要
《中国教育改革和发展纲要》指出：高等教育要“加强实践环节的教学和训练，发展同社会实际工作部门合作培养，促进教学、科研、生产三结合”。如果说，这种合作对于所有高等学校都十分需要，那么，对于高等职业院校而言则是不可或缺的基本条件，这是高等职业技术教育的基本属性使然。因为，“校企合作”的成功与否关系到高等职业技术教育能否办出特色，而能否办出特色的关键是校企合作模式的选择，这是高等职业技术教育成败兴衰的决定性因素。校企合作模式中，双方师资的合作方式则尤为重要。
