摘要
CATI系统由于具有较高的时效性,低成本性和流程可控性等特点,已经在统计调查领域广泛的应用。本文以《河南省某物业服务公司客户满意度调查》的实例,利用CATI系统,探讨了该在实验室中的问卷设计、系统设置、电访控制、数据分析等应用问题。
Computer assisted telephone interview system (CATI system) has been widely used in statistical survey field for it has the characterized by high timeliness , low cost, controllable processing and so on. In this paper, we took the clients' sat-isfaction degree survey of a property service corporation as an example by using the CATI system, and discussed the appli-cation of questionnaire design, system settings, telephone access control, data analysis in the laboratory.
