摘要
高等教育的大众化大幅增加了我国的大学生规模，贫困大学生的比例亦随之增加。由于个体的心理障碍、家庭的负担严重、学校的环境因素、社会的浮躁现象等原因，影响贫困大学生受教育权的实现，损害了其公民的基本权利。通过调整政府的财政投入、改善高校的内部管理、资助政策的方式多元化等措施，为贫困大学生受教育权的实现提出对策。
Popularization of higher education significantly increases the size of our college students, the percentage of poor students has increased. Because the individual psychological disorders, severe burden on families, school environmental fac-tors, social phenomena impetuous and other reasons, the realization of the right to education affect poor students, undermines their fundamental rights of citizens. By adjusting the government's financial investment, improve internal management col-leges, diversified funding policy approach and other measures, to propose a solution for the poor students to realize the right of education.
