摘要
研究生教育是我国高等教育人才培养的最高层次,建立研究生奖助体系可促进研究生教育的发展.本文对我国研究生奖助体系的现状进行了梳理,分析了我国研究生奖助体系存在的不足,并提出完善相关制度建设、促进经费来源多元化、加强奖助体系宣传和建立动态调整机制等的相关建议.
Graduate education is the topmost level of higher education for talent cultivation in our country. The foundation of financial award and assistance system for graduate student benefits the development of graduate education. In this study, the current situation of the system is presented, and deficiencies are carefully analyzed. Several suggestions are proposed to raise the efficiency of the system.
