摘要
目前,校企合作办学、产教结合育人以及教学做一体教学的具体模式已成为制约高职教育质量提高的瓶颈。作为将企业的生产经营条件及任务等引进学校的特殊运营单位,教学企业已成为产教结合育人的有效途径之一。我国教学企业的建设和运行中存在着全真性不够、与客户及社会的联系不充分等四个方面的问题。充分学习和借鉴国外教学企业的教学模式有利于进一步优化我国教学企业的教学效果。
Currently, the school-enterprise cooperation in running schools, instruction combined with education and teach-ing to do one specific mode of teaching quality of education has become a bottleneck restricting vocational improvement. As the conditions for the production and operation of enterprises and tasks such as the introduction of a special operations unit of the school, teaching business has become one instruction combined with an effective way of educating people. Our teach-ing construction and operation of enterprises there is a problem the whole true enough contact with customers and the com-munity is not adequately four aspects. Adequate teaching and learn foreign enterprises teaching model is conducive to further optimize the effect of teaching business.
