摘要
质量、环境、职业健康等管理体系在其覆盖领域、管理模式等方面都存在着一定的局限性,多体系的运行也增加了组织的管理成本。服务标准体系是各项管理体系中最大的工作系统,且对其他管理体系具有相当大的包容性。体系整合时应立足于服务标准体系的构架,遵循"简化、统一、协调、优化"的标准化原则,方便服务业组织的实施和管理。体系有机整合后协同有效运行,在降低组织管理成本的同时也充分提升了各管理体系的效力。
Management systems such as quality, environment, occupational health has the limitation in its coverage area and management model. Operation multi management system also increases management cost. Service standards system is a large management system, which is inclusive to other management systems. Based on the service standards system framework, the integration of management system should follow the"principle of simplification, unification, coordination, optimization", and be implemented handily by service organization. The implementation of the integrated service standard system can reduce the management costs and improve the effectiveness of the management system.
