摘要
轻度脑外伤患者伤后常存在持续的神经和行为症状,可能与脑部微观结构及功能改变有关,常规影像学检查难以检测出异常,给患者及临床治疗造成很大的困惑。功能磁共振能非侵袭地提供脑外伤病理生理及功能信息,对脑外伤严重程度、认知功能损伤、结构和功能重组及预后评估等方面的应用提供有用价值。本文就近年来静息态功能磁共振及弥散张量成像技术对轻度脑外伤的研究进展进行综述。
Persistent neurological and behavioral symptoms associated with mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) may be the result of subtle neurological alterations that are beneath the detection threshold of conventional neuroimaging techniques. It caused great confusion to the patient and clinician. The development of functional magneticresonance imaging can provide useful information as it can noninvasively detect the severity of brain injury, cognitive impairment, struc tural and functional reorganization. This articlereviewed the currentresea rchonrs-fMRI and DTI in mTBI.
