摘要
同国际经验相比较,中国轻重工业生产结构、出口结构和就业结构的变动,以及轻重工业结构变动与经济增长的关系都具有其独特性。中国轻重工业结构的异常变动是:生产结构、就业结构与出口结构的倒置;轻重工业生产比重轨迹的多次重复相支;就业结构的重工业化程度超过生产结构。从生产结构、就业结构和时序结构方面进行国际比较,可以看出中国轻重工业结构具有超前重工业化的性质。
Compared with international experiences, there exist their unique peculiarities in thestructural changes of China's light and heavy industries in the fields of production,export,employment and their impact upon the economic growth. The peculiar changes in the struc-tures of China's light and heavy industries lie in reverse order of production, employmentand export structures; the propotion of light and heavy industries, the locus of propuction,runs concurrently many times; the employment structure of heavy industry surpasse its pro- duction structure. Compered internationally in the fields of production employment and theirdevelopment order,it may be seen that the heavy industry of China goes farther ahead inChina's light and heavy industrial structure.
