摘要
在我国经济发展的不同时期,乡村治理模式由依托乡村集体的间接治理转变为以村民自治为核心的直接治理。随着乡村经济社会的发展,直接治理模式中存在的问题不断涌现,大学生村官制度嵌入我国乡村治理,在新农村建设和基层民主建设的实践中推行。介绍了我国乡村治理模式的演变历程,分析了乡政村治模式存在的问题,阐述了大学生村官制度嵌入乡村治理的作用意义及其在乡村治理中的功能定位。
At different periods of economic d evelopment in China,the rural governing mode changed from indirect governing by rural collective organization to direct governing by villagers themselves.With the development of rural economy and society,the problems existed in direct governing mode appeared continuously.Embedding little village official system into rural governing is promoted during practices of new rural construction and grassroots democratic construction.In this paper,the evolution course of rural governing mode in China was introduced at first.Then,the problems which existed in the mode of township government and villagers’ self-governance were analyzed.In the end,the effect and the significance of embedding little village official system into rural governance and the function localization of little village official system in rural governance were described.
