摘要
采用固定床气化装置,在温度为900℃条件下进行污泥水蒸气气化试验。研究了水蒸气和污泥中碳元素质量比(S/C)对污泥气化气体产率、氢气产率、气体成分与低位热值、气体能源转化率的影响。结果表明,污泥水蒸气气化在气体产率、氢气产率、气体能源转化率方面都显著优于污泥热解;污泥水蒸气气化在S/C值为2.72时,气体产率、氢气产率、气体能源转化率达到峰值,分别为0.59 m3/kg、0.32 m3/kg、0.83;污泥水蒸气气化产气的低位热值随水蒸气量的增加而下降。
The experiments of steam gasification of sewage sludge were performed to utilize a fixed bed reactor at temperature of 900 ℃ to study the influence of S/C(steam to carbon ratios) on syngas yield,hydrogen yield,composition and lower heating value,energy efficiency of syngas from sewage sludge gasification.The results indicated that the steam gasification of sewage sludge was better than the pyrolysis on syngas yield,hydrogen yield,energy efficiency of syngas.The peak values of syngas yield,hydrogen yield,energy efficiency of syngas from steam gasification of sewage sludge were obtained at S/C ratio of 2.72 and were 0.59 m3/kg、0.32 m3/kg、0.83 respectively.The lower calorific value heating of syngas from steam gasification of sewage sludge decreased with the increasing of steam flow.
