摘要
引进和引导企业全面深入参与专业建设和学生培养,切实提高高职院校学生培养质量,是培养真正符合企业生产需要的高技能人才的必然选择。以所在学院的国家骨干院校项目重点建设专业水政水资源管理专业为例,经专业的实践性建设和探索,探讨分析了企业深度参与人才共育的动因、引进要点,提出了企业引进后参与人才培养工作方法和校企合作人才培养质量保障措施,介绍了该实践性探索的过程及成效,总结归纳了引导相关企业深度参与人才培养质量提高工作的成功经验与体会。
Introducing and guiding enterprise deeply participates in construction of profession curriculum system and student training,effectively improving the quality of training students in higher vocational colleges,is an inevitable choice to meet the need of enterprise cultivating high skill talented person.For the example of water governance of water resources management profession -- key disciplines of Guangdong Technical College of Water Resources and Electric Engineer state key institutions construction project,basing on the construction and practice of professional,the motivation and co-culture introduction points of enterprise participate in depth talent are studied and analyzed,the quality security measures and method of school-enterprise cooperation in personnel training are proposed,the process and result of exploration practice are introduced,the successful expe-rience of work to improve the quality of talent training and experience are summarized.
