出口企业员工收入增长更快?——基于倾向得分匹配的实证分析 被引量:4

摘要 基于倍差法分析1999—2001年、2002—2004年和2005—2007年中国制造业企业出口后对员工工资的影响。利用倾向得分匹配法为新出口企业挑选可供比较的非出口对照企业后,研究发现,2002—2004年和2005—2007年企业的出口行为显著提高了员工工资。结果表明,中国应积极推动国内企业参与国际竞争,促进劳动收入的增长。 Using difference-in-difference method,this paper analyzes how export influences employees' w ages in Chinese manufacturing enterprises during 1999- 2001,2002- 2004 and 2005- 2007. Propensity score matching method is selected to match new export enterprises w ith non-export control ones. Exports of enterprises in 2002- 2004 and 2005- 2007 significantly improve employees' w ages. Therefore,domestic enterprises should actively participate in international competition to increase labor's income.
