摘要
以南开大学女排两次大赛前的调整期作为对比,分别进行习惯性恢复和多学科的先进和实用手段的综合性恢复,结果观察到:习惯性恢复没有完全消除肌肉系统的疲劳,综合性恢复不仅消除了循环系统和肌肉系统的疲劳,而且循环系统的恢复水平高于习惯性恢复效果,提示多学科的综合性恢复对女排赛前调整期的恢复过程较为适宜。
When we compare the two pre-season adjustments of Nankai University women volleyball team, we find that the habitual recovery can not dispel the muscular fatigue completely, while the comprehensive recovery can not only dispel the circulatory and muscular fatigue, but also has better result than the habitual recovery. So the comprehensive recovery is to be adopted in pre-season adjustment.
