摘要
发展中国家跨国经营理论的提出,丰富和发展了传统的跨国经营理论。这两种理论对我国民营企业跨国经营都具有一定的适应性:在民营企业跨国经营的初级阶段,民营企业应充分利用其小规模技术优势和技术当地化优势进行跨国经营;而从长远发展来看,民营企业跨国经营还应在传统跨国经营理论框架的指导下,努力培育自身的所有权优势和内部化优势,不断提高其进行跨国经营的能力。基于这种适用性分析,民营企业可采取细分国际市场、培育核心能力、组建跨国战略联盟等具体措施。
The advancement of the multinational operation theory of developing countries has enriched the traditional multinational operation theory. As far as the non-public enterprises in our country are concerned,both the theories have a certain degree of applicability. At the elementary stage,the private enterprises should make full use of the advantage of small-scale technology and localized technological change,however,from a long-term point of view,it is necessary for these enterprises to foster their own owneship advantage and internalization advantage,hence, to improve their ability to practice multinational operation. Based on this kind of applicability analysis,the non-public enterprises can take the following specific countermeasures such as subdivision of market,breeding the core power,organizing multinational strategic alliance.
