摘要
本文作者根据现代语言学的一些基本原理，结合自己的翻译实践，从词汇、语法、文化和逻辑学的角度，提出并剖析了英文翻译理解中的十大障碍，目的在于引起整个翻译界重新对翻译理解问题的重视，以提高译文的准确性和可信度。这十大障碍是翻译理解的主要障碍，剖析这些障碍既有一定的理论指导作用，又有较高的使用价值，因而可以从宏观也可以从微观的角度去阅读和争论。
Abstracts In light of modern linguistic principles and drawing on his own experience in translation practice, the author of this paper put forward and made a brief analysis of ten major obstacles to translating comprehension which range from grammar, lexicology, culture to logicality, aiming to ignite new enthusiasm on translating comprehension in the field of translation to enhance the correctness and credibility of our translation work. The ten obstacles in question are all major obstacles in comprehension, of some value both in theory and in practice and therefore suitable to be read and debated from either a macro or microperspective.Key Words obstruction to comprehension ellipsis inversion separation negation reference collocation allusions ambiguity impliaction emotive coloring
