摘要
高等教育公平指接受教育的权利和机会均等。而高等院校的现有布局,使不同地域、不同所有制的高等院校在高等教育水平、资源分配等方面存在差异。国家应当通过规划和政策引导,逐步改变现阶段我国高等院校布局不合理的状况。
Higher education equity means people have the equal right and opportunity to be educated.But the unrea- sonable distribution of colleges and universities causes that colleges and universities in different regions and forms of ownership is different in higher education level,resource allocation.The government should gradually change the the unreasonable distribution of colleges and universities at this stage through the planning and policy guidance.
