摘要
技术市场和中间组织的出现和发展使得技术活动的组织形式日趋完整和协调,中间组织作为介于企业与市场之间的制度安排和协调机制,具有改善经济环境、减少交易成本及完善市场结构等综合功能。本文将讲述中间组织的作用机理,对技术活动的三种组织形式进行界定,运用技术成熟度的概念对中间组织进行分类。
As the result of the appearance and development of technology market and inter-firm organization,technical activities' organization system becomes completed and harmonious.Inter-firm organization is a kind of regulation arrangement and corresponding mechanism which is between the corporation and market,it conduces to better economic conditions,less transaction cost and more integrated market structure.This article expatiates the theory of the inter-firm organization,distinguishes the three organization forms of technical activities and introduces the maturity of technology to classify the inter-form organization.
