摘要
本研究旨在现场快速测定医院排放污水中的总余氯。本研究运用比色分析的朗伯-比尔定律和真空工艺设计,将复杂繁琐的实验室测试方法和操作程序有机的融合在真空测试管中。测试时,测试管中的显色剂与水样中的总余氯快速定量反应形成黄色至红色混配型络合物,络合物颜色的深浅与水样中的总余氯含量成正比。本测试管法测定范围为0.03~10mg/L,经检验,所得测试数据与常规方法相比无显著性差异。本测试管单样测试时间为1~2min;测试成本约2元;在通常测试条件下基本无干扰;3分钟可学会操作。
A simple, rapid method for detecting total chlorine in hospital wastewater is described. Based on the principle of chlorimetric analysis and vacuum process design, complex detecting method in lab. And operating procedure is associated into a determination tube. The reaction of color reagent in the tube with total chlorine in sample solution forms rapidly yellow or purple chelate. The color of the chelate relates the concentration of total chlorine.The detection range of the tube for total chlorine is 0.03~10mg/L. The time for detecting a sample needs only 1~2min, The cost is about two yuan. Under detecting conditions, there is not nearly disturbance elements, and anyone can use it through 3min learning.
