摘要
中国的劳动关系目前在性质上和制度上都发生了深刻变化。这一变化的实质是劳动关系的制度变迁,在劳动关系的制度变迁中,最关键的是确立劳动力市场产权主体的地位,明晰劳动力市场主体的产权关系,为劳动关系的制度变迁提供基础条件。本文着重分析了向市场经济过渡中的中国劳动关系的变化,并阐述了产权明晰前和产权明晰后的劳动关系的主要特征。
Great changes have taken place in China's labor relation at present both in system and nature. It is actually systematic changes in labor relation. The focuse is to establish a status for main body of title for labor market,make clear title relations for labor market and apply basic condition fo'r institutional transformation for labor relations. The essay analyses the changes for China labor relation in the transition form planned economics to market economics and the characteristics for labor relation before and after making clear of title.
