on December 2, 1950,America’s full-scale economic war against China broked out formally when U. S. Department of Commerce licensed the export to China,but its real goalwas to cut off the foreign trade with China granted by the Department of commerce. At thebeginning,American government was going to undermine Chinese army in Korea and China’sfull power against America’s invation in Asia by the economic war. After the Korean War,American government was terrored by China’s devolopment in economics, politics and military field, and decided to continue the policy of contain China, then it became a long policythat continue the full-scale economic war against China.
