摘要
本文采用理论分析的方法，讨论了赛艇多人艇配艇中易产生的主要问题与原因，以及教练员在配艇时需要注意的问题。
Some popular problems and their causes,as well as the aspectsneeded to be attended on in the allocation of the oar items in rowing were discussed with a theoretical analysis method.
