摘要 本文对800米跑的特点及其训练手段进行了生理学剖析,提出充分挖掘磷酸原供能潜力,延长糖酵解供能时间,提高有氧代谢供能质量,重视提高产生乳酸的能力、耐受乳酸的能力和消除乳酸的能力,可在短期内突破800米跑成绩的障碍。 The article made a physiological analysis on the features and training methods of 800m race. It pointed out that the obstacles which influence the results of 800m race can be broken through in a short period of time with the methods of fully bringing out the energy supply of phosphagen, prolonging the energy supplying time of glycolysis, improving the energy supply quality of aerobic metabolism, putting the emphasis on improving the ability of producing lactic acid, ability of lactic acid-tolerance as well the ability of removal of lactic acid.
