摘要
新世纪竞争与发展的木质，即是人才的竞争与人的素质的发展，但归根到底是教育的竞争与发展。所以，本文对当前维吾尔族教育所面临的问题以及教育发展中存在的几个“误区”，进行了深入细致的分析与探讨，从而就教育现代化与维吾尔民族的现代化问题进行了研究。
The nature of the new century's competition and development is the competition forqualified personnel and further development of quality, which, in the final analysis, lies ineducational competition and develQpment.
