摘要
西部大开发是党中央在新世纪初做出的重大战略决策 ,具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。西部大开发需要具备一定的基础条件 ,其中 ,优良的人口状况和条件就是一个不可忽视的前提基础。本文对西部开发应该具备的人口条件以及目前存在的人口问题进行了初步的探讨 。
