民主政治体制改革是社会主义市场经济发展的必然要求。本文就农村基层民主建设的实际对村民自治的意义法制化。
The reform of democratic political system reflects the inevitable request of socialist market economy .This essay puts forward the significance of democratic construction at the grass-roots level towards villagers' self-government,and makes a thorough study on its legality and standardize.
