摘要
本文对蒙元时期马奶酒的名称、制作方法、在祭祀和宴饮活动中 的作用、国家经营等方面作了一些探讨，以期读者能对马奶酒有一全面的认识。
Mare's milk in Mongol-Yuan period is not only a popular drink, but also a necessity in feast and in offering a sacrifice to Heaven or ancestors. In this Paper I try to focus on the following subjects, such as the names of mare's milk, the method of making it, its importance in sacrificial rites and country's running of it, and wish to get a complete picture of mare's milk in Mongol-Yuan period.
