摘要
可转换债券是近年出现的新型融资工具，主要从理论角度分析了可转换债券的价格与价值，根据转换价格与利率水平对可转换债券的影响。
Convertible bond is a new kind of financing tool. This article analyzed the price and the value of convertible bond. According to the influence of converting price and interest rate on convertible bond, this article provided not only the means to select converting price and interest rate, but also the main factors must be taken into account.
