摘要 经导管瓣膜治疗(transcatheter valve therapy,TVT)是近十年来发展的、全新的、微创的瓣膜置入或修复技术。目前,TVT中发展较成熟的技术主要为经导管主动脉瓣膜置入术(transcatheter aort ic valve implantat ion,TAVI)及经导管二尖瓣修复术(transcatheter mitral valve repair,TMVR)。近年来,TVT技术突飞猛进,相关临床试验的结果振奋人心。全球许多著名的心血管专家都非常看好TVT的发展前景。PARTNER研究主要负责人Leon指出:以TAVI为代表的结构性心脏病介入治疗将成为今后心血管介入治疗创新发展的最重要方向。
