摘要
服务是图书馆工作的核心,服务创新是图书馆生存和发展的关键,引入服务营销的理念,将促进现代图书馆变革。文章从人性化服务和服务补救两方面探讨了服务营销在图书馆服务中的应用。
Service is the core of library work and its innovation is the key to library development.Introducing the concept of service-selling can promote the innovation of modern library.The application of service-selling in library is discussed in this paper concerning two aspects:humanism service and remediation of service.
