摘要
和平解放以来,西藏农牧区女童教育虽有较大发展,但仍存在一些不容忽视的问题,主要体现在"三低一高"(即:入学率低、巩固率低、在校学生中所占比例低,辍学率高)现象还比较突出,造成这种现象的原因是多方面的,需要引起高度重视并因地制宜探寻解决的途径。
Teenage girl's education in the rural area of Tibet has been progressed after peaceful liberation.However,many critical issues are still remaining.Particularly,rural teenage girlas face difficulties in school education,such as,low rate of entrance,low rate of continuity,low portion inschool students,and high portion in discontinuity,etc.This article describes rural teenage girl's poor educational situation,analyzes root causes of these issues,and recommends possible resolutions to solve these issues.
