摘要
20世纪50-80年代,发达国家和发展中国家面临截然不同的经济境况,导致了非常活跃的国际产业转移,这为发展中国家带来了重要机遇。集成电路技术是对诸多产业竞争力整体提升具有全局性影响、带动性强的关键共性技术,集成电路产业是对企业自主创新能力的提高具有重大推动作用的战略性产业。本文分析了国际产业转移背景下我国集成电路产业的发展战略。
During the period from 1950s to 1980s,the developed countries and the developing countries were faced with absolute different economy circumstances,resulting an extremely active international industry transplanting which brought significant chances to the developing countries.The integrated circuits technology is one of key and general technology of great importance for competition ability upgrading of many other industries.The strategic integrated circuits industry is also of great importance for the countries' ability of independent innovation.The article aims to analyze the development strategies of our countries' integrated circuits industry under the situation of international industry transplanting.
