摘要
美国在高等教育的评估和质保方面一直"特立独行",乃是以"认可"为取向;其各认可组织的认可标准均不尽一致——显出了"多元标准化"的意向。而近年来以"北部中央院校协会"为代表的"认可标准修订"更是凸现了美国对高等教育多元性和个性化发展的追求。探究此类"标准修订",比较和分析其新、旧版"标准"的不同,必将有利于镜鉴我国近几年来出现的高教评估单一同质化倾向的改进以及相关制度和体制的完善。
American higher education evaluation and quality assurance have long been unique,with accreditation as orientation and the accreditating standards of various US accreditation organizations are different,which indicates their disposition towards diversity.With North Central Association of Colleges and Schools as representative,its revision of higher education accreditation criteria highlights a lot more on the pursuit of diversity and individualism development of higher education.Exploring such 'revision' and comparing the two versions of scriteria will unarguably enlighten people to change the trends of homogenization in Chinses higher education evaluation and improve our relevant institutions and systems as well.
