摘要
高职教师往往会抱怨学生很难管理,并将这一问题归咎于学生自身的素质问题。文章从高职教师课堂管理的角度出发,讨论了几个在课堂管理中常见的误区,并对如何改进课堂管理提了一些建议,以期为相关研究提供借鉴。
Higher vocational teachers often complain that students are difficult to manage,and this issue will be attributed to the students' qualities.This article from the point of view of higher vocational teachers' classroom management,to discuss several common errors in classroom management,and proposes advice on how to improve the classroom management,in order to provide reference for the related research.
