摘要
民办高校由规模建设转向内涵建设后,高水平民办高校建设的呼声日益高涨。在生源日益紧缺、竞争日趋激烈的当下,民办高校若想实现可持续发展,必须致力于高水平建设。"公益性、高水平民办高校建设研讨会"就是在这种背景下举办的。与会代表发表了对民办高校公益性和高水平两个概念的看法,讨论了高水平民办高校建设的路径,最后原则通过《中国公益性、高水平民办高校联盟章程》。
Since the transformation of non-governmental institutions of higher learning from large-scale construction to connotative development,the demand for developing high-standard institutions is growing.Under the situation of growing student shortage and increased competition,non-governmental institutions of higher learning must commit to high standard if sustainable developments are to be achieved.Forum in developing public welfare,high standard non-governmental higher education was held in this context.The delegates expressed the views on the two concepts of public welfare and high standard of non-governmental institutions of higher learning,and discussed the pathways for their development.Finally,it approved in principle 'The alliance charter of China's public welfare,high standard non-governmental institutions of higher learning'.
