摘要
为了解云南省民办高校本科体育专业建设现状,文章采用文献资料法、访谈法,对云南省民办高校本科体育专业建设情况进行了调查分析,结果发现:云南省民办高校本科体育专业设置种类少,无新型体育类专业;人才培养方案和课程体系不科学;师资队伍参差不齐,高质量师资主要依靠外聘;课程考核方式、方法有待完善,教考分离、试题库建设不够;灵活率高,就业岗位与专业匹配度低等问题。文章结合云南省本科专业综合评价背景,对各专业的课程、师资、教材、测试和就业等五个一级指标及优势特色进行剖析,提出科学合理的民办高校体育专业的建设路径。
In order to understand the construction of undergraduate sports majors in private colleges and universities in Yunnan Province,this paper uses the methods of literature and interview to investigate and analyze the construction of undergraduate sports majors in private colleges and universities in Yunnan Province.The results show that there are few types of undergraduate sports majors in private colleges and universities in Yunnan Province,and there are no new sports majors;The talent training programand curriculumsystemare not scientific;The teaching staff is uneven,and high-quality teachers mainly rely on external employment;The way and method of course assessment need to be improved,and the separation of teaching and examination and the construction of test question bank are not enough;High flexibility rate and low matching of employment positions and majors.Based on the background of comprehensive evaluation of undergraduate majors in Yunnan Province,this paper analyzes the five first-level indicators and advantages of each major,including curriculum,teachers,teaching materials,testing and employment,and puts forward a scientific and reasonable construction path of sports majors in private colleges and universities.
