质子磁共振波谱在颅脑创伤中的应用进展 被引量:3

摘要 颅脑创伤( TBI)临床常见,伤后早期评估TBI患者的损伤状况对于及时治疗和预测预后具有重要的意义.质子磁共振波谱(1H Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy, MRS)是一种检测物质内部化合物含量的磁共振成像(MRI)方法.它通过定量或半定量测定组织内某些特定的代谢物质的含量,从而反映组织内部生化及能量改变.通常组织内部代谢变化要早于结构的变化,因而MRS可以检测到常规磁共振不能显示的异常[1],提高MRI诊断的准确性.MRS的应用使得MRI技术从单纯形态学研究进入代谢研究的领域.如今MRS在脑损伤、脑肿瘤和脑血管病等领域中均已经得到了较广泛应用[2,3].本文就MRS的基本原理、相关技术和颅脑创伤后MRS的指标变化及其意义作一综述.
