摘要
本文阐述了航空用进口复合材料采购面临的形势,对停产禁运复合材料问题进行了分类,建立了航空用进口复合材料风险管理机制,从采购计划、质量保证、新研制航空用复合材料选用控制等方面制定了针对措施,提出了后续工作的建议。
This paper described the situation of importing composites for third-generation aircraft;classified the problems that carrying by composites′ stop production and embargo;established the mechanism of risk management for aerospace composites′ stop production and embargo;made target measures from the aspects of purchase plan,quality assurance,take control of selecting newly developed aerospace composites and put forward suggestions for the follow-upworks.
