紫外-可见分光光度法测定斜脉暗罗总异黄酮含量

摘要 以染料木素为标准品,采用紫外-可见分光光度法在266 nm处测定斜脉暗罗(Polyalthia plagioneu-ra Diels)茎、叶中总异黄酮的含量。结果表明染料木素标准品在0.20~1.60μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程为C=0.003 9A,R=0.999 9。斜脉暗罗茎和叶中的总异黄酮含量分别为0.055 4%和0.065 3%。此法简便、准确,重复性好,可用作斜脉暗罗中总异黄酮的含量测定。 The content of isoflavones in the stem and leaf of Polyalthia plagioneura Diels was determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometric method with genistein as the standard.The results showed that the calibration curve was linear(R=0.999 9) in the range of 0.000 5~0.004 5 μg/mL,and the regression equation was C=0.003 9A.The content of total isoflavones in stem and leaf was 0.055 4% and 0.065 3% respectively.This method was simple,accurate,reproducible and suitable for the determination of total isoflavones in the stem and leaf of P.plagioneura Diels.
