摘要
本试验旨在研究8～12周龄肉兔缬氨酸(Val)和异亮氨酸(Ile)的需要量及其与赖氨酸(Lys)的适宜比例。试验采用4×3因子设计,4个Val水平分别为0.51%、0.65%、0.69%和0.73%,3个Ile水平分别为0.57%、0.61%、0.65%。选择平均体重(2 235.75±45.10)g可做种用的新西兰肉兔96只,随机分为12组,每组8个重复,每个重复1只兔。试验期28 d。结果表明:1)主效应分析表明,饲粮Val水平极显著影响肉兔平均日增重(ADG)(P<0.01),以0.69%Val组ADG最大;ADG随Ile水平的增加而增加,0.65%Ile组ADG最大。两因素方差分析表明,0.69%Val和0.61%Ile组ADG最大,但与0.69%Val和0.65%Ile、0.65%Val和0.65%Ile、0.73%Val和0.61%及0.73%Val和0.65%Ile组无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)各组平均日采食量(ADFI)和料重比(F/G)均无显著差异(P>0.05)。Val与Ile的互做对ADG、ADFI和F/G的影响不显著(P>0.05)。3)血清尿素氮含量以0.69%Val和0.61%Ile组最低,但各组差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合分析,以0.69%Val和0.61%Ile添加水平较适宜,其实测值与估计值的平均值分别为0.66%和0.56%;Lys、Val和Ile三者的比例为1.00∶0.83∶0.70。
This experiment was conducted to study the requirements of valin(Val) and isoleucine(Ile) and their appropriate ratio to lysine(Lys) for meat rabbit aged 8 to 12 weeks.A 4×3 factorial trial was adapted,and rabbits were fed the experimental dies with 0.51%,0.65%,0.69%,0.73% Val,and 0.57%,0.61%,0.65% Ile,respectively.Ninety six breed New Zealand meat rabbits with an average body weight of(2 235.75±45.10) g were randomly divided into 12 groups with 8 replicates per group and 1 rabbit per replicate.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed as follows: 1) the main effect analysis showed that dietary Val level had significant influence on average daily gain(ADG) of meat rabbits(P<0.01),and the maximum ADG was in 0.69% Val group.ADG was increased with the increasing of Val level,and the maximum ADG was in 0.69% group.Two factors variance analysis showed that the maximum ADG was in 0.69% Val and 0.61% Ile group,but there was no significant difference between that group and adjacent groups(Val 0.69% and Ile 0.65%,Val 0.65% and Ile 0.65%,Val 0.73% and Ile 0.61%)(P>0.05).2) There were no significant differences in average daily feed Intake(ADFI) and feed to gain(F/G) among all the groups(P>0.05).The interaction of Val and Ile had no significant effects on ADFI and F/G(P>0.05).3) There were no significant differences in serum urea nitrogen(UN) content(P>0.05),but the 0.69% Val and 0.61% Ile group showed the lowest serum UN content.In conclusion,the recommend requirements of Val and Ile for rabbit are 0.69% and 0.61%,and the average measured value and estimated value are 0.66% and 0.56%;the ratio of Lys:Val:Ile is 1∶ 0.83∶ 0.70.
