目的 概述+Gz暴露对心血管系统形态结构、功能及代谢的影响,了解其对心血管系统的可能损伤. 资料来源与选择 检索Pubmed及万方数据库,收集+Gz与心血管的相关文献.资料引用 引用公开发表的文献47篇. 资料综合 概述飞行员心血管疾病流行病学,重点论述+Gz对心脏结构、功能及代谢影响的研究进展. 结论 高+Gz是飞行员心血管疾病的危险因素,对心脏的结构、功能及代谢均可能造成一定程度的损伤.+Gz对心血管系统的不利影响仍然是航空医学的重点课题,需寻求更好的防护措施.
Objective To overview the effects of various modes of + Gz exposure on morphology,metabolism and function of the cardiovascular system and to understand in-depth the potential damage of + Gz exposure to the cardiovascular system.Literature resource and selection Searched the Pubmed and Wanfang database,collected the literature about + Gz and cardiovascular.Literature quotation Forty-seven published papers were cited.Literature synthesis The epidemiology of cardiovascular diseases of the pilots,such as myocardial ischemia and arrhythmias was overviewed.And the emphasis was put on the research progress of + Gz impact the on the cardiac structure,function,metabolism,etc.Conclusion High +Gz is the risk factor of cardiovascular disease.According to the overviews of +Gz impact on the cardiovascular system,the protective measures are proposed to ensure flight safety and to improve combat effectiveness.
