摘要
随着高等职业教育的发展,高职院校学生开展工学交替实习将是高职人才培养模式的重要举措。在工学交替实习中,学生思想政治教育工作经常出现一些困难,这些困难如果不解决好,将影响学生工学交替的实习,影响人才培养模式的推进。因此,要积极应对,解决好这些困难,落实工学交替的培养模式,探索出一套行之有效的思想政治教育方法。培养出具有良好的思想素质、规范的职业素质、丰富的专业知识、较强的业务技能的高素质应用型人才。
Along with the development of higher occupation education,work-study alternation practice will be the important measure of talent training mode in higher vocational education.In the work-study internship,students' ideological and political education work often appear some difficulties,if these difficulties are not solved,it will influence students' work-study internship,affect the propulsion of personnel training mode.Therefore,we will actively respond to,solve these difficulties,fulfil e work-study alternation training mode,to explore the effective way of ideological and political education.Cultivate high-quality applied talents of good thought quality,normative occupation quality,rich professional knowledge,strong operational skills.
