摘要 肝肺综合征(hepatopulmonary syndrome,HPS)是慢性肝病的严重并发症,以肺微血管扩张(pulmonary vaso dilata-tion,PVD)引起的低氧血症为典型病理改变,主要发生于各型肝硬化及各种慢性肝病。由于肺微血管主要构成细胞为肺微血管内皮细胞(pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells,PMVECs),因此针对HPS发病机制的研究常以PMVECs的异常改变及其相关信号通路为切入点,文中就此方面近年的研究报道进行综述。 ] Hepatopulmonary syndrome(HPS) is one of the serious complications of chronic hepatopathy that is based on pulmonary vaso dilatation(PVD) and hyoxemia.All kinds of advanced cirrhosis and chronic liver diseases may lead to HPS.Pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells(PMVECs) are the most important cells in the pulmonary capillaries and previous studies mainly focused on the changes of PMVECs and relative signaling passages,here we have a review on their results.
